On June 30th, we are pleased to present, a special advance screening of this years Sundance Audience and Special Jury Prize winning documentary MURDERBALL. As many of you remember, the Salt Lake 2002 Games made history by combining the Paralympics and Olympic Games it was the beginning of a growing movement to level the playing fields for disability sports. MURDERBALL is an unabashed, unadulterated celebration of the Paralympic movement, highlighting the ferociously competitive US Rugby Team as it prepares to compete for the Gold in Athens. There will be a special screening of MURDERBALL on June 30th. The venue is the stunningly beautiful Alf Engen Ski Museum and Quinney Winter Sports Park, home to the official Salt Lake 2002 Winter Olympic Museum which was officially unveiled and commemorated earlier this month. We are blessed by much in this community, and the legacy of the Olympic Sports Park in Park City is a resource that is open to the entire community, to train at or to be a spectator.

However, those who attend the reception receive reserved seating and because of the popularity of this film we expect a sell out -- if you want to guareentee a seat and support the ongoing legacy of the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter games you can buy a ticket to the 6:30PM reception that The Alf Engen Ski Museum will be hosting where you can meet local Paralympians, the SLC Quad Rugby Team and Artemis Joukowsky, who will be signing his book RAISNG THE BAR that celebrates the paralympic movement through sports photography.
